All necessary information, including plans related to schedules and resources, task lists, status updates, and budget and financial monitoring, is gathered in one system, making the tool versatile and efficient.

The system was built by combining various Microsoft tools, such as Microsoft Project for the Web, Teams, SharePoint, and Power BI reporting.

Microsoft services were already in use at Stark, which is why the new solution was also implemented using familiar tools, ensuring the smoothest possible implementation.

“The tool enables a structure that makes things concrete for the project manager and clarifies the whole, allowing their own idea of the project to become clearer at the same time,” Camilla summarizes.
