The workshop series helps your organization understand how AI can be utilized in both process development and business innovation. During the workshops, participants will learn how to use data for decision-making, ideation, and the development of new operating models through practical examples and AI agents.

How the workshop can take your organization forward in leveraging AI
Using AI requires an understanding of both business goals and technology opportunities. The goal of the workshop series is to help participants identify their organization’s most important development areas, assess the maturity level of AI, and build a concrete roadmap for implementing AI solutions.
The workshops do not cover AI in theory but rather make it visible in practice. Copilot agents are used in real time, allowing participants to see how AI supports decision-making, ideation, and process modeling. At the same time, we examine how AI can accelerate innovation work – for example, in the development of new services, business models, or customer experience.
Workshop implementation
The workshop series materials, surveys, and AI agents are available during and after the workshops. Teams serves as a common working platform, where workshop recordings and results are also stored.
The workshops are facilitated settings where theory and practice intertwine. Solu Digital experts guide the discussion and help participants apply what they have learned to their own operating environment immediately during the workshop.
During the first workshop, participants answered surveys that mapped business development areas, innovation needs, and the maturity level of AI applications. Based on these results, the workshop content and tasks are adapted to the organization’s situation.
During the workshops, an AI agent supports participants by answering questions, compiling key themes from the discussions, and helping identify connections emerging from the data. Participants will experience the value of AI in practice as the workshops are built around a truly AI-powered learning experience.

Workshop series structure
The workshop series consists of 2–4 separate phases, which can be implemented remotely or in a hybrid format:
1. The possibilities and current state of artificial intelligence – shared understanding and goals from a business and innovation perspective
- The workshop maps the organization’s development areas and the starting point for utilizing artificial intelligence. Participants develop a shared understanding of where artificial intelligence can deliver the fastest benefit.
2. Process modeling and identification of development areas – practical exercises
- The workshop models key processes and identifies their bottlenecks, manual steps, and efficiency opportunities. At the same time, it outlines where artificial intelligence and automation can bring clear added value.
3. Strengthening innovation work with AI – from ideas to insights and concepts
- This phase focuses on how AI can support ideation, new business development, and service innovation. Copilot agents are used to conceptualize new solutions and evaluate and prioritize ideas. The goal is to find practical ways for AI to strengthen an organization’s innovation capabilities and accelerate commercialization.
4. Designing AI solutions and next steps – roadmap and follow-up actions
- In the final phase of the series, the findings and development ideas generated in the workshops are compiled. The organization receives a concrete roadmap that prioritizes AI utilization measures and defines projects suitable for the Proof of Concept phase.
Each workshop is recorded, and the materials will be distributed to participants via Teams.
Skills and tools for utilizing AI
During the workshops, participants will learn to identify where AI delivers the greatest value across both operational processes and new business development. They will gain experience with how AI agents can be used for knowledge management, decision-making support, and customer-oriented development.
Participants will also gain a concrete view of how an organization’s own data can be harnessed for AI use and how Copilot agents can act as reliable work partners in development and decision-making.

- After the workshop series, we offer the opportunity to continue the development work to the Proof of Concept phase, where the identified ideas are refined into concrete solutions. This way, the insights generated in the workshops are transferred to practical implementation.
